FedEx Ground – delivery within 5-10 business days after order is processed
FedEx Express Saver – delivery within 2-3 business days after order is processed
FedEx 2nd Day Air – delivery within 2 business days after order is processed
FedEx Standard Overnight – next day delivery when placed before 3PM ET
Order Processing, Restrictions, and Shipping Cutoff Times
All inMusic Brands, Inc. orders ship to the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
All orders placed after 3PM ET will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs
We currently offer free ground shipping, as well as faster shipping options on the terms as stated during checkout. Shipping rates will vary and are subject to change.
Tracking your Order
You can track your order by using the FedEx tracking number sent to you by email. You can also access your tracking number by logging into your account and referencing your past orders.
Missing or lost package
Title and risk of loss for all items purchased from inMusic passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means inMusic is not liable for late deliveries, lost or misdelivered products.
Return Policy
All orders placed on any inMusic direct website have a 30-day return policy. Items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to inMusic.
